Textured by hand, the top exudes added uniqueness, showcasing meticulous craftsmanship. Ambrosia beetles bore into wood, introducing a fungus that creates beautiful streaking patterns as it colonizes the wood, visible in this piece. This unique collaboration among the beetle, fungus, and wood produces visually appealing designs highly sought after in woodworking.
